Exchange & Returns

You may return any/all Wulf products purchased from our website within 30 days from the date of receiving your purchase. The products returned ought to be in brand new condition and accompanied with their original packaging. The product has to be returned to us before any refund can be processed and given back to you.

You are also entitled to exchange your original products with anything available on our website in the form of credits. Upon exchanging your original item with an item of higher value, you may need to make additional payment for the difference. If you wish to exchange for products of lower value, the price difference will be forfeited, and cannot be exchanged for cash or turned back into credits. We only allow for one exchange per purchase invoice.

Engraved/personalized pieces are non-returnable/refundable.

In the event of any exchange or returns, please direct your shipments to any of our authorized representative partners. A list of our devoted partners can be found here. Kindly note that all tax expenses has to be paid by the customer. We seek your kind understanding that all transactions are expected to take up to 7-10 working days.

We recommend that you sufficiently insure your products upon shipment as Wulf will not be held responsible should your products be damaged, stolen or lost during shipment.

In conjunction with Wulftrade, please be informed that watches being returned should be held in possession by you for more than 30 days before it is eligible for Wulftrade. More information on Wulftrade can be found here.
